Problem
While trying to apply for actual driving license on sarathi.parivahan website using your Learning license application number we see this message:
As the Specified Application Number is Not for Issuing Driving Licence no need to go for DLTest SlotBooking
OR
While trying to apply for actual driving license on sarathi.parivahan website using our learning license number we see this message:
DL Application Number is not Available for the LL No. XY/Abc
a- Selecting DL Test slot booking option from home page as shown below:
b- Selecting Application number option.
Solution
It is throwing that message because in Parivahan system, we have different application numbers for Learning license and the actual Driving license.
The solution is to apply for the Driving license separately from the home page of its website i.e. https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/sarathiservice/sarathiHomePublic.do
as show below:
After landing on the apply page, you will need the learning license number and previous details, next steps can be reached by clicking on the subsequent next buttons.
